I wasn't planning on buying a new bike but Hellbender gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. Tyreek is a young professional sales person who did what he said he would do and was very helpful throughout the buying process. Jason worked the numbers so that they would make sense for me and he stood by what he said he would do. Mike ran through the numbers and contracts for me to sign, very professional. All 3 are a great asset to Hellbender. I can honestly say if it wasnt for these guys I wouldn't have bought a new bike with Hellbender. Overall a very good experience. I cannot thank the Service staff enough at Hellbender Harley. On day 4 of an 11 day ride from western NY to Savannah Ga my water cooled Electra Glide started running hot about 60 miles from Hellbender. I called them and they said get the bike here as soon as you can and we will work to get you back on the road. From the first call through the initial diagnosis and the repair everyone was helpful and enjoyable to work with. They quickly performed a full diag to determine it was the water pump. They then located the part and made the repair in less than 24 hours. They even gave me a ride to a local friends that I had planned to visit. I have done several long rides around the country and have had several experiences with other dealers. Hellbender was by far the best experience I have ever had on these trips. If I were local they would absolutely be my go to dealer. THANK YOU HELLBENDER HARLEY!!
